Protein pancakes

Are you already mouth watering at the sight of this attractive stack of pancakes? Now that most of us are at home, we can also spend more time preparing our breakfast. Treat yourself to these delicious protein-rich American pancakes. You will not regret it, we promise!

INGREDIENTS

  • 30 g Beyuna Protein

  • 1 banana

  • 100 g oatmeal

  • 250 ml plant milk

  • 1 tbsp linseed

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • pinch of salt

  • coconut oil for baking

  • maple syrup

PREPARATION METHOD

Place all ingredients except the coconut oil and maple syrup in a blender and mix until smooth.

Heat a little coconut oil in a pan and add the batter. Decide for yourself how big you want the pancakes.

Tip: the smaller the pancakes, the more likely the pancakes will succeed.

Stack them together and serve with banana slices, a pinch of cinnamon and pour maple syrup over them. Enjoy your meal!
