This recipe for an oatmeal breakfast is extra nutritious with nuts, seeds and spices!

INGREDIENTS for 1 portion

  • 70 grams of oatmeal

  • 200 ml almond milk

  • a handful of walnuts

  • a handful of raisins

  • 1 tbsp linseed

  • 1 tbsp chia seed

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp cardamom

  • 2 tsp agave syrup

PREPARATION

Put the raisins in lukewarm water for 15 minutes. Then drain them well and pat them dry with kitchen paper.

Bring 200 ml almond milk to boil and then lower the heat. Add the oatmeal and let it heat and thicken slowly for 10 minutes. Stir regularly so that it does not stick to the pan. If you find the substance too thick, you can add extra almond milk or water.

Then add linseed, chia seed, cinnamon and cardamom and stir well. Put the porridge in a bowl and garnish with the toppings of walnuts, raisins and agave syrup and possibly some cinnamon. Enjoy your meal!
