Oat milk and almond milk

Lactose intolerance, cow's milk allergy, vegan ... there are several reasons why you choose not to drink cow's milk. Oat milk or almond milk are a good and tasty alternative. Only the packs in the store are about two to three euros, while you make it very cheap (especially oat milk) and easy at home. Often it also contains unnecessary ingredients. We like to keep it clean. All you need is a blender and a clean tea towel. Nice to drink just like this, you can also add Beyuna Protein or use it in your breakfast breakfast, such as oatmeal or muesli.


  • 1L of water

  • 100 grams of oat flakes or 150 grams of blanched almonds

  • 1 medjoul date or a tablespoon of agave syrup

  • Pinch of salt


Soak the oat flakes or almonds in water for at least four hours. If you're smart, leave it overnight. Then drain and mix together with the water, the medjoul date or syrup and a pinch of salt in a blender for a few minutes. Pour the milk through a tea towel.

Tip: Do not throw the pulp away, you can use it to make cookies!
