Greek salad

A fresh salad with olives, feta, tomato and oregano dressing. Great for the barbecue or a piece of meat or fish.

Ingredients:

• Half a cucumber

• 120 grams of black olives

• One red onion

• Three tomatoes

• 200 grams of feta cubes

• 100 grams of lettuce

Dressing:

• A clove of garlic

• Two tablespoons of olive oil

• Salt and pepper to taste

• One teaspoon of oregano

• One tablespoon of lemon juice

Preparation:

Mix the ingredients for the dressing together. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise, remove the watery part with a spoon and then cut into slices. Cut the tomatoes into wedges and the red onion into thin rings. Mix the lettuce with tomatoes, red onion and cucumber and finally add half of the dressing. Garnish the Greek salad with olives and feta and drizzle the last dressing over it.
