Chia pudding with mango and coconut

Chia seeds are packed with protein and omega 3, and they are low in carbohydrates. A breakfast with chia seeds as the main ingredient is therefore not such a bad idea. Chia pudding is super easy to make and with the neutral taste the ingredients and toppings make the dish.


  • 5 tbsp chia seeds

  • 150 ml coconut milk

  • 1 mango coconut chips

  • almonds


When chia seeds come into contact with moisture, a kind of jelly layer forms around the seed, making it easy to make pudding. Mix the coconut milk with the chia seeds and refrigerate for at least two hours. You can also leave it in the fridge overnight. Stir the pudding well afterwards.

Puree the mango in a blender. Keep a few pieces as a topping. Put the mash in a glass, followed by the pudding. Garnish with the remaining pieces of mango, coconut chips and almonds. Enjoy your meal!
